Trinity Associates, LLC is a nationally recognized, private sector firm with over twenty years of experience in producing top quality, affordable housing. All aspects of housing development, from site acquisition, local land use approvals, through property management, are within the expertise and experience of our company and its affiliates. Since the early 1980’s, the Trinity organization has successfully developed or rehabilitated over twenty housing units. We have overseen over $84.0 million of new construction and substantial rehabilitation.
